"Three Hats for Lisa" is a copyrighted British film. It was released on DVD some time ago in the UK by a company called "Network".

I often get the feeling there's a lot of old TV programs not listed on IMDb, particularly when it comes to Non-US/Non-UK programming. I know that a lot of Australian programming of the 1950s/1960s isn't listed on there, partly due to the obscurity of many of those programs.
